ALL RENTALS
We provide rental cars that are new and fully serviced. They are also subject to the full terms and conditions printed on the reverse side of the rental agreement

DRIVERS LICENSE
A valid license must have been held for at least 12 months at the time of rental. Foreigners must present their national driving license( with english translation if necessary) or an international driving license. Endorsed licenses will be accepted at the discretion of Lucky Autos International Ltd.

DRIVERS
Only the renter or the other driver approved by Lucky Autos International Limited at the time of rental to drive the vehicle. Qualified drivers available on request. Drivers allowance is Ksh 1,500 per day within Kenya and Ksh 2,500 outside Kenya.. Extended Drivers Overtime hours area available subject to request. Overtime charge for drivers is Ksh. 80 per hour. All above prices exclude fuel costs and are subject to VAT.

PAYMENT
The estimated cost of rental plus excess clause estimate is to be paid as deposit. We accept major currencies, credit cards and charge cards for payment of car hire and deposits.

AVAILABILITY
Every effort will be made to supply the vehicle class originally requested, in the event of unaivailability an equivalent or alternative will be provided.

CROSS BORDER RENTALS
These rentals are allowed with prior arrangements with the renting Lucky Autos International Limited and are subject to a surcharge .

TAKE IT HERE, LEAVE IT THERE
These are available for all locations but are subject to separate rates. This service is accepted subject to extra charges and prior arrangements with Lucky Autos International Limited.

EXCESS CLAUSE
This is applicable for any eventuality of an accident, damage and theft which can be reduced by paying extra daily insurance premium subject to variation of type of vehicle.
